3 Ways to Bench Press More Weight

This video explains some great ways to improve the amount you can bench press. The three points that it emphasizes are:

1. Tuck your elbows in when bench press, don’t stick them out, this is unhealthy for your shoulders.

2. Keep your heels back as far as you can because this allows you to have a better arch in your back, and it also gives you more power.

3. The last tip is to pull your hands in together on the bar, this uses your triceps, giving you more strength when benching.
