Weider has made many Olympic weight benches over the years. One of the popular ones is the Weider Club 290 W. This is a weight bench which includes many features such as incline, decline, walk in squat station, and adjustable safety spotters and uprights. The Weider Core 600 Weight Bench is very similar to the Club 290 W.
